High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts are a popular kind of exercise that involve exerting your maximum energy during short periods of time. HIIT workouts require you bursts of high-intensity strength and cardio exercises followed by brief periods of recovery. This session incorporates the same workout as a HIIT class but we have slowed things down for beginners

If you are interested in trying out our exercise classes, we would like to encourage customers to pre book in advance, to ensure a space on the class and so we can notify the instructor in good time that the class is running.

If a booking is still empty an hour before the class, the class will be cancelled.  Bookings can be made on our website online or by giving us a call.
