Bootcamp:

A bootcamp class is an intensive and focused training class designed to help individuals quickly acquire new skills or enhance existing ones. It combines all elements of physical fitness working on the cardio-vascular system to improve stamina and also strength training to encourage muscle toning and definition! Participants can expect a supportive and motivating environment with guidance from instructors.
