Indoor cycling, studio cycling or 'spinning' is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike. It combines cardio and endurance in a 30-minute calorie-crunching session! Not only is it great for giving you all the cardiovascular gains, but it's great at toning muscles to make you super strong.

If you are interested in trying out our exercise classes, we would like to encourage customers to pre book in advance, to ensure a space on the class and so we can notify the instructor in good time that the class is running.

If a booking is still empty an hour before the class, the class will be cancelled.  Bookings can be made on our website online or by giving us a call.
