Start your day with a great workout that covers all bases. 202020 gym class is a full-body workout that consists of three 20 minute segments: cardio (spin), strength training (barbell), and core work.  This class is designed to be fun but challenging, will build strength, burn calories and improve your endurance. Come along and give it a try.
