Hydro Yoga sessions will be taken by a water fitness teacher who has practised land yoga and mastered some of the basic postures and breathing suitable for a water environment.

 The sessions should be calm and relaxing and enable you to work in your own space.

Sessions will contain a warm up and an exploration of Yoga postures and sequences sometimes using a woggle. Hydro Yoga mainly uses the middle of the pool and the shallow end. Some weeks deep water with flotation aids may be used. If you are a non-swimmer stay in the middle section of the pool where you can put your feet down
