Swimsanity is a 45 minute intensive HIIT group exercise water
workout! Looking different to conventional water exercise classes,
Swimsanity provides the benefits of High Intensity Interval Training
(HIIT) and harnesses the resistance of water for full body toning.
This class is suitable for swimmers and non-swimmers and is an intensive aqua
workout for men and women.
The session runs for 45 mins
